Symptom

The OLED shows the Gearhead logo instead of the script name

The Gearhead logo means no script is running in the selected slot. A loaded, running script shows its name instead.

Most likely: No script is running in the selected slot.

Fix

  1. Use the Zen's button to move through the 8 slots. If the script is in another slot the OLED changes to its name.
  2. If no slot shows a name, connect PROG to a PC, open Zen Studio Live in Chrome, Compiler tab, drag the .gpc in, Compile, drag it into a slot, Play.
  3. Unplug from the PC, reconnect CONSOLE to the PS5 and the controller to A1, and pick the slot.

What you should see instead

With yew2K, the OLED shows the yew2K logo for 1500 ms at boot and then the script is live. Hold L2 + Options to confirm the menu draws.
